Please provide accurate contact information and service details when contacting us or submitting a request. You must be authorized to request work at the property involved.

Submitting a website form, email, or text message is a request for assistance. An appointment or arrival time is confirmed when we communicate that confirmation to you. Availability and timing depend on scheduling, the work required, and conditions affecting the job.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation terms or charges must be disclosed and agreed to in the applicable service agreement.

You may use our website and communication channels for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent requests or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems.

3. Estimates, authorization, and payment

Review the scope of work, price, and payment terms in your estimate or service agreement before authorizing work. Any deposits, payment schedules, warranty terms, or refund terms are those stated in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to applicable law.

If conditions require a material change to the agreed work or price, we will communicate the proposed change and obtain any required authorization before proceeding.
